Discount Codes

 

Discount codes can only be used once unless otherwise stated, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated. Only one discount code may be used per transaction.

 

How do I claim the 10% discounts off my orders?

 

First you must be signed up to the newsletter, by filling out the subscription form. Once completed, you will receive a welcome email, which will ask you to confirm your email address.

Once this has been done, you will receive a separate email with three discount codes for 10% off your orders (details in email). 

Note: This discount code cannot be added retrospectively to an order and can only be used on your orders as detailed in the email.

 

Can I change something about my order?

 

If you need to make any amendments to your order (such as swap products, change gift messages, change a shipping address, cancel your order, or request a refund),  please let us know within the first 30 minutes after placing. These changes must be requested within 30 minutes of you placing your order on the website.

Can I get a refund?

 

Our refund policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

If it is within the 14 day limit, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on personalised items unless defective/damaged.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

To complete your return, we require an order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Please note: you should only return your item(s) after you have contacted us first at info@becksboxcompany.co.uk and received your response. Please dispatch returns to us within 14 days following your response. We recommend using a trackable service for returns, with proof of postage.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

How are refunds processed?

 

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You should receive this within 3-5 working days (this can vary depending on your individual bank).

 

What if my refund is late or missing?

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

You should then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If this is unsuccessful then you should contact your bank as there is often additionally processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@becksboxcompany.co.uk and we will be more than happy to check to make sure it has been processed correctly.

Can I get a refund on sale items?

 

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, only regular/full priced items may be refunded.

 

Can I exchange my purchase?

 

Our exchange policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email first, await your response, and send your item to: 1 Mackie Hill Close, Crigglestone, Wakefield, WF4 3HP. We recommend using a trackable service for returns, with proof of postage.

 

The following items can’t be returned for refund or exchange.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food, plants, flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

 

Can I return a gift that I've received?

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you (please note the above exceptions).

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the person who purchased the gift, so they will find out about your return.

 

Shipping information

 

Becks’ box company gifts come in a variety of packaging, and the shipping costs vary dependent on the item(s); details will be shown at checkout before the purchase is completed. Where possible, we try to use standard large letterbox size boxes, so that they can slip through the letterbox even if you/the recipient is not in; it will be waiting there for when you get home!

Please note that this does depend on your postman and letterbox, but they do fit through a majority of letter boxes.

Obviously, there are some items that will not physically fit into this size of box, in this instance we will use the smallest possible package, and the shipping will be adjusted accordingly.

Options will be available at checkout for additional shipping options, along with the relative costs.

If you are shipping an item back to us, we would encourage you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This would provide you with better security, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if not.

 

Covid-19 Shipping Update

 

Due to the ongoing pandemic shipping is taking longer across the UK.

As a result, our standard free shipping service is taking between 7 and 10 working days (i.e. Monday to Friday and excluding Bank Holidays; please keep checking our Shipping Information for up to date details), with Royal Mail working a little slower in some areas on account of staff shortages.

Please also note: Due to social distancing rules it may take longer to pack and dispatch your Becks’ box company packages. It may therefore take between 1 and 3 days for you to receive a dispatch confirmation email.

Please bear with us at this unprecedented time, know that we are doing our absolute best, and we will get your Becks’ box company goodies out to/for you as quickly as possible!

 

STANDARD UK DELIVERY

Standard delivery in the UK with Royal Mail’s 2nd Class service is £2.95. If you order before 12pm, we will aim to dispatch your gift box on the same working day. If you order after 12pm, your gift box will typically be dispatched on the following working day. Please see shipping information page for updates on this.

You will receive email confirmation when your Gift box has been dispatched, but this is not a tracked service.

​Delivery time after dispatch according to the Royal Mail website is currently 2-3 working days. These times should be used as a guide only, but we do expect that all Becks' box packages will arrive within 3 working days of the date of order.

​Very occasionally items go missing in the post. If you have not received your order 15 working days after shipping, please get in touch for a refund or a replacement.

Standard delivery in the UK with Royal Mail’s 48 service is £4.99. If you order before 12pm, we will aim to dispatch your gift box on the same working day. If you order after 12pm, your gift box will typically be dispatched on the following working day. Please see shipping information page for updates on this.

You will receive an email with a handy tracking link for your gift so that you can keep track of your parcel's progress.

QUICK TRACKED UK DELIVERY

​Quick delivery in the UK with Royal Mail’s 24 service is £5.99. If you order before 12pm, we will aim to dispatch your gift box on the same working day. If you order after 12pm, your gift box will typically be dispatched on the following working day. Please see shipping information page for updates on this.

You will receive an email with a handy tracking link for your gift so that you can keep track of your parcel's progress

Can I get my Becks’ box company package delivered on a specific date?

If you would like your Becks’ box company package delivered on a special day, please let us know in the ‘Additional Information’ box when you place your order. Although we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date we will do our very best to make sure that it is as close to your chosen date as possible. We will also add a sticker stating ' Do Not open until DD/MM/YYYY' on the box, to ensure that your gift isn’t opened early before time.

 

Has my order been dispatched? 

 

When we have dispatched your order(s), you will be sent a confirmation of dispatch email, these can sometimes be filtered into your spam or junk folders by your email provider. If you are unable to find a confirmation email please contact us at info@becksboxcompany.co.uk and let us know so that we can investigate this for you.

 

What if my order is late or delayed?

 

If you have ordered from us and have not received your order after 15 working days and haven't received an email from us (please check thoroughly in your junk/spam mail folder), please first check your local Royal Mail depot, as your order may have been taken there by your postman without notification. If you have followed these steps without joy, please send us an email and we will look into this for you and make sure it is resolved.

If you have not checked the Royal Mail Depot and we receive your order back due to non-collection, please note that there will be an additional postage charge to send your order back out to you. Any 'lost' parcels must be reported to us within 30 working days of the expected delivery so that we may process the necessary Royal Mail claims. We will unfortunately be unable to help with any 'lost' parcels reported after 30 working days after expected delivery due to Royal Mail Claims timings. 

 

Royal Mail says that my order has been delivered but I have not received my order?

 

If you have received delivery confirmation but you have not received your order please contact us at info@becksboxcompany.co.uk and let us know. We will then carry out an investigation into the whereabouts of your order.

 

My tracking number isn’t working?

 

Unless you have specifically paid for a Royal Mail or other Tracked Service, then you will not be able to track your package. The number you receive as part of your order confirmation is simply a reference number, and cannot be used to track your order.

If you have paid for a tracked service and your tracking number is not working, please contact us directly so that we can investigate this for you.

 

Something Missing? 

 

If for any reason there is something missing from your Becks’ box company order, please do not hesitate to contact us via email, and we will endeavour to rectify this as soon as is possible.

 

Can I update my address?

 

If you would like to update your shipping address after placing your order, please send us an email as soon as possible (must be within 30 minutes of ordering) to let us know. If you have received a dispatch confirmation email then this means that we have already fulfilled your order, and we will be unable to change the address. If the address is incorrect we will have to wait for the order to be returned to us by Royal Mail before sending out a replacement; this may incur additional postage costs.

 

Can I update my gift message?

 

If you would like to update or include a gift message you must contact us as soon as possible (must be within 30 minutes of ordering) via email in order for us to include this in your order. As above, if we have started to process your order or if you have received a dispatch confirmation email, then we will be unable to make these changes to your gift message as your order will already have been fulfilled.

 

Can I order multiple boxes/items to be shipped to multiple addresses?

 

Of course you can, spread the love! Please place separate orders for each Becks’ box company box that you would like sent to separate addresses.

 

Where should I send my Photo for my personalised gifts?

 

Please email your photo to info@becksboxcompany.co.uk use the subject ‘PHOTO”, and quote your order number. For the best end result, the photo should be high quality and ideally square to fit best. We will contact you with any issues relating to this, and may ask you to supply another photo if required. Personalised extras are currently taking an extra 2/3 working days on top of your order time.
